The Row: Southeast Austin’s future Hub

Marketplace completed its entitlement work on The Row, a 390-acre mixed use development located at the Southwest corner of SH 71 and SH 130. The Row honors the land’s legacy with a healthy, respectful development that incorporates ample green space, including a 7-acre central park, to ensure nature thrives alongside our new community. The site is able to accommodate ~7 million square feet of mixed use space and will soon bring the best of Austin together.
